Fiesta Taco Salad Platter


1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 (15.5-ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (10.5-ounce) bag tortilla chips, crumbled
3 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped tomato
1 (8-ounce) jar Taco Sauce

1) In large saucepan, combine beef, beans, tomato sauce and taco sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.

2) Spread crumbled tortilla chips on large serving platter. Spoon hot beef mixture over chips. Top with lettuce, cheese and tomato. Serve immediately with salsa.
