Quick Fiesta Tomato Rice


All you need is 15 minutes, chicken broth and picante sauce to transform instant white rice into a irresistible side dish.

Ingredients:
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Chicken Broth
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
2 cups uncooked instant white rice

Directions:
Heat the broth, water and picante sauce in a 2-quart saucepan over medium high heat to a boil.
Stir in the rice. Cover and remove the saucepan from the heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork.
