Chicken Nuggets


Batter:
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
2 T. oil

Crumbs:
2 pkg. soda crackers, crushed
2½ t. salt
1½ t. pepper
1 t. paprika

Barbecue Sauce:
1/3 c. ketchup
2 T. brown sugar
1 t. mustard

Dip chicken chunks into batter, then roll in crumbs.

Fry in canola oil at 350° F until done.

Serve with barbecue sauce for dipping.
