6 C. bread cubes
1/4 C. chopped celery
1 T. chopped onion
1 T. parsley flakes
1/4 C. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste

1/4 C. butter
6 T. flour (rounded)
1 C. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C. milk
2 C. cut up chicken, cooked

Mix ingredients, then add enough hot water to moisten. Pour into a large casserole.


Melt butter, thicken with flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth, soup, milk and chicken and bring to boil. Pour over dressing and bake at 350° F for 45 minutes.
