Herb Cheese


2 T. chopped fresh herbs (such as thyme, chives, dill, and possibly a pinch of lovage or sage)
8 ounces cream cheese
2 T. sour cream or mayonnaise
1/2 t. salt (optional)

Blend all ingredients thoroughly.

Store, covered in the refrigerator.

Also delicious as a sandwich spread, or as a dip with vegetable sticks.
