Tortilla Soup


1 lb. ground beef
28 to 34 ounces of beef broth, low sodium
16 ounces thick ‘N chunky salsa
11 – 15 ounces whole kernel corn, undrained
15 ounce black beans, drained and rinsed (optional)
1 envelope taco seasoning, low sodium
1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
1 cup Mexican Style Shredded Cheese

BROWN meat in large saucepan; drain.

ADD broth, salsa and corn; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until heated through.

SERVE topped with crushed chips and cheese.
