Blueberry Sour Cream Streusel Muffins


1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoons white sugar
1 small egg, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup blueberries

Streusel Topping:
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1½ tablespoons butter, softened

Sift flour with baking powder, soda, salt and sugar. Beat egg with sour cream, milk and oil. Stir only unti8l blended. Carefully fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins.

Streusel Topping:
Mix brown sugar with flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over muffins.

Bake at 425° F. for 15-20 minutes or until topping is golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
