Blueberry Sour Cream Pancakes


1 cup flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Combine dry ingredients. Beat egg; add milk and sour cream. Stir into dry ingredients, just until blended. Fold in the blueberries. Pour batter onto hot, greased griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes. Serve with warm blueberry pie filling or regular syrup.
