Kentucky Kernels


4 tablespoon butter
1 box of powdered sugar
1/3 cup bourbon
1 cup pecans; chopped

Cream butter by hand. By hand, alternately blend in powdered sugar and bourbon.

DO NOT USE MIXER. Fold in pecans.

Drop by 2/3 teaspoonful onto wax-paper lined cookie sheets.

Cover with wax paper. Refrigerate until set. Cover and store in refrigerator.
