Cantaloupe with Chicken Salad

2 cup chicken; cooked & cubed
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup celery; sliced
1 cup green grapes; seedless halved
1/2 cup almonds; sliced
3  cantaloupe; halved & seeded

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel; grated
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar or substitute
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

In a large bowl, combine chicken, blueberries, celery, grapes and almonds. In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour over the chicken mixture and toss gently. Spoon into cantaloupe halves.
