White Corn, Black Bean and Cilantro Salad


4 cups white corn; drained
15 ounces black beans
1 cup sweet red pepper; diced
3/4 cup red onion; diced
1/2 cup cilantro; chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix liquids for dressing. Pour over other ingredients. May serve immediately or refrigerate.
