6 tablespoons heavy cream
7 ounces premium semisweet chocolate; chopped
pound cake; cut bite size
1 maraschino cherries
Bring cream to a simmer in heavy medium saucepan. Add chocolate; whisk until melted. Remove from heat.
Pour fondue into a bowl; place bowl on a platter. Ring platter with pound cake and fruit.
Serve fondue with skewers.
