Plum with Orange and Mint


1/2 pound plums; about 2
1/2 pound nectarines; about 2
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves; finely shredded
1/2 tablespoon sugar

Halve and pit plums.

Cut plums into thin wedges and in a bowl toss with remaining ingredients.

Chill plum mixture, covered, stirring occasionally, at least 2 hours and up to 8.
