2 cans cherry pie filling
1 package yellow cake mix
1/4 cup butter; softened
1/2 cup nuts; chopped
1 vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
1. Pour cherry pie filling into slow cooker, spreading it out evenly.
2. In large bowl, combine dry cake mix with butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over cherries. Sprinkle with nuts.
3. Turn slow cooker on low, cover and cook 3 hours.
Presentation: Serve hot from the slow cooker. Accompany with ice cream or whipped cream
