Creamy Lemon Pie


1 8 inch pastry shell or graham crust; baked
3 large egg yolks
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 garnish yellow food coloring
1 container whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350. In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with milk, juice and food coloring. Pour into prepared crust; bake 30 minutes. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Top with whipped topping. Garnish as desired.
