Key Lime Pie


1 8 inch pastry shell or graham crust; baked
3 large egg yolks
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice
green food coloring
1 container whipped cream

Preheat oven to 325. In large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with milk, lime and food coloring.

Pour into prepated pastry shell; bake 30 minutes.

Cool. Chill. Top with whipped cream.
