Amish Custard Pie


1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 9 inch pie shell; unbaked

Combine sugar, flour, salt and eggs and mix until smooth. Heat milk to boiling point. Add 1 cup hot milk to egg mixture. Pour that into the remaining hot milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg over top.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45-60 minutes.
