2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup nuts; chopped
1 pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate morsels
Preheat oven to 350.
Beat egg whites till foamy. Add salt and cream of tarter. Beat till stiff. Add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla, nuts, and chocolate.
Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet lined with foil wrap.
Put into oven and turn off the heat.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN for at least 8 hours.
Remove cookies from foil wraps and serve.
