Radish Salad


1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 head Iceberg lettuce
1 bunch red radishes

Combine salt, garlic powder. Dijon mustard, vinegar, oil, and lemon juice in screwtop jar. Shake to blend.

Coarsely chop watercress, lettuce and radishes; place in salad bowl. Add dressing; toss to blend.
