Creamy Garlic-Buttermilk Salad Dressing


1 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Cider vinegar
1 clove garlic; peeled, minced fine
2 tablespoons scallions; minced fine
2 tablespoons fresh parsley; minced
1/2 teaspoon Freshly-ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Mix all ingredients by shaking in 1-quart jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Shake well before dressing.

Good on salad greens, seafood salad or boiled potatoes.
