Orange-Ginger Dip


1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/2 cup cream cheese; softened
1/4 cup orange juice

Beat the ginger and cream cheese to a smooth consistency, then add the sour cream, blending well. Add the orange juice and orange zest, blending well.

Cover and chill.
