Rigatoni & Sausage


1 1/2 pounds Italian sausage; sliced into 1 inch pieces
1 cup onion; chopped
2 26 ounce jars classico pasta sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 pound package rigatoni; cooked & drained well
2 tablespoons olive oil

In large saucepan, brown sausage; pour off fat.

Add onion to saucepan; cook and stir until tender.

Add pasta sauce and cheese.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat.

Simmer, covered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Toss hot cooked rigatoni with oil. Serve with sauce.
