Sausage Cornbread Stuffing

8 ounces bulk pork sausage
1/2 cup Butter
2 medium onions; chopped
4 stalks celery; chopped
2 teaspoons dried sage
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
16 ounces cornbread crumbs
3/4 cup chicken broth; 1 cup for casserole
