3 cup cheddar cheese; shredded and packed
1 8 ounce package Cream cheese; softened
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise; heaping
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
walnuts; chopped
Mix together chedder cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worchetershire sauce
and onion powder.
Shape into a ball. Roll in chopped walnuts. Let chill for 2 hours.
Serve with crackers.

1/2 orange; zested
1 tablespoon honey
Salt; (optional)
In a bowl, combine all ingredients well. Season with salt or more honey, as desired.

4 slices bacon
3/4 cup pecan nuts
2 cups cheddar cheese; grated. firmly packed
4 ounces cream cheese; room temperature
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 green onions; sliced
Crackers; for serving

In a food processor blend two cups roasted peanuts plus one to two tablespoons peanut oil.
Store it in the refrigerator.

Combine one cup roasted and skinned hazelnuts and one or two tablespoons vegetable oil and salt and sugar to taste in a food processor or blender and mix until it has a spreadable consistency.

Process two cups of blanched and toasted whole almonds in a food processor for a few minutes, add up to one teaspoon of salt, then process for a few minutes more.
