2 pounds fresh spinach
1 teaspoon seasame oil
2 cloves garlic; minced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds; toasted
Rinse spinach leaves well and trim large stems. In a large non-stick pan heat sesame oil and saute garlic. Add wet spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
Drain; stir in sesame seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature.
