Cereal Crunch

1 cup unsalted pretzel twists
1 1/2 cup cheerios
1 1/2 cup crispix cereal
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl or jar for a snack mix.
Exchanges:  2 starch/bread, 1/2 fruit, 1 fat for 1 cup serving

Taffy Apple Dip

3/4 cup brown sugar
8 oz cream cheese; softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
Process cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix in well.
Serve with apple slices.

Bar Nuts

1 1/4 pounds unsalted almonds
3 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves; coarsely chopped
3/4 teaspoon Cayenne
3 teaspoons dark brown sugar; firmly packed
3 teaspoons coarse salt
1 tablespoon Unsalted butter; melted

Hidden Valley Ranch Oyster Crackers

1 pkg hidden valley ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 teaspoon dill
3/4 cup salad oil
5 cup plain oyster crackers
Preheat oven to 250 deg.F. Combine salad dressing mix with dill and oil. Pour over crackers, stir to coat. Place in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir gently halfway through baking.

1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Jelly Bean Snack Mix

1 cup jelly beans
1 cup m & m candy
1 cup peanuts
Combine all ingredients. Store in covered container.
Put out in bowls for a party and they will be gone.
Note: In the fall substitute candy corn for the jelly beans.
