1 vienna beef hot dog
1 onions; chopped
1 poppy seed bun
1 tomato; sliced
1/4 Dill pickle
2 whole Hot peppers
cucumber; slices
mustard
relish
celery salt
Boil the hot dog, steam the poppy-seed bun and top with mustard, relish,
onions, tomato slices, pickle, hot peppers and a dash of celery salt.

1/2 pound ground beef
1 medium onion; chopped
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 package hot dogs
1 package hot dog buns
Cook beef and onion in skillet, stirring often until beef is browned. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
Turn down heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Steam or grill hot dogs.

4 Frankfurters
8 slices Thick-cut bacon
4 ounces Cheddar cheese; cut 1/2″ pieces
Wooden toothpicks
4 Hot dog rolls
Preheat the broiler. Pat the frankfurters dry. In a skillet cook the bacon for 3 minutes or until still pliable and not crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain.

4 slices american cheese; each cut into 6 strips
1 8 ounce can crescent dinner rolls

2/3 cups corn meal
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
