4 cups fresh cauliflower; pieces
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry dill
1 pinch white pepper
Steam the cauliflower until crisp-tender. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Stir to coat. Let stand at room temperature before serving. If made in advance, refrigerate after marinating for 1 hour.

1 small head cauliflower
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic; minced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds; toasted
1 dash paprika
1 pepper; to taste

1 medium head cauliflower
1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
1 teaspoon onion, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup chedddar cheese, shredded
Remove outer leaves and excess part of stem from cauliflower, wash thoroughly. Place whole head, stem side down, in sauce pan. Add 1″ salted water to cauliflower. Cover; heat to boiling.
