2 pound brussels sprouts; washed
1 water; salted
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon Butter
5 ounce can water chestnuts; drained and sliced
Simmer brussel sprouts, covered, in a small amount of salted water for about 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain. Add other ingredients and heat. Serve hot.

2 pounds Brussels sprouts; trimmed
3 tablespoons unsalted butter; softened
Salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste
Cook Brussels sprouts in a large pot of boiling salted water until just tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain in a colander and toss with butter and salt and pepper, to taste.
