8 large eggs
2 cups half-and-half
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
dash salt
maple syrup
praline topping:
1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter
1 cup light brown sugar; packed

1/2 cup Romano Cheese; shredded
1/3 cup butter; softened
1 clove garlic; minced
1 tsp. fresh rosemary; chopped
1 loaf French or Italian bread; cut in half lengthwise
MIX cheese, butter, garlic and rosemary.
SPREAD on cut surfaces of bread. Place on cookie sheet.
BAKE at 400 Degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
