Cashew Asparagus

1/4 cup cashews
4 tablespoons butter
1 lb asparagus; rinsed trimmed
2 tablespoon water

Roasted Asparagus

1 pound asparagus; washed, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  Salt; to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste
