1 10 ounce packages chopped spinach; thawed & squeezed dry
16 ounces sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package Knorr’s vegetable soup mix
8 ounces water chestnuts; drained & chopped
3 medium green onions; chopped
In medium bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix. Add water chestnuts, green onions and spinach. Chill at least 2 hours.
Serve in hollowed out Hawaiian bread. Serve with cubes of Hawaiian from middle plus cut up Hawaiian rolls.
